No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

  • Calories: Under 200 calories per slice

  • Protein: 8 grams of protein per slice

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of low-fat cream cheese

  • 1 pumpkin spice Premier Protein Shake (key for protein content)

  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice

  • 1 small packet of sugar-free cheesecake Jello mix

  • ¼ cup of pumpkin puree

  • Store-bought graham cracker crust (small)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a bowl, combine:

      • Low-fat cream cheese

      • Pumpkin spice Protein Shake

      • Pumpkin spice

      • Sugar-free cheesecake Jello mix

      • Pumpkin puree

    • Mix with a spatula or whisk.

  2. Smooth Texture:

    • If the mixture is clumpy, use a blender to achieve a smooth consistency.

    • Though using a blender adds extra cleanup, it ensures there are no chunks of cream cheese.

  3. Prepare Base:

    • Press the mixture into a small graham cracker crust.

  4. Chill:
